Raise the curtain for a new culinary experience: Fine Dining at Menuetti in the Aurina Valley.
A new culinary concept, garnished with anecdotes, values, love, passion, top quality and the best craftsmanship.

    Truly authentic cuisine. Putting regional and sustainable farming first and giving it a voice. Broadening horizons.

    The historic cellar is carved directly from the granite of the massive raw stone wall, and impresses with the hand-forged stove, chimney, stone floors, vaulted ceiling and tables of the past.

    Farming meets culinary art. The delicious products of the harvest meet the plate, glass and palate. All fresh and regional.
     
  • A unique experience.
    Sit back and prepare to be enchanted. But sometimes you can also play an active part in a story: during our Menuetti events.

Chef Daniel tells …

„Nothing excites more than nature: how it grows, develops and has an incredible desire to live. What is hidden in a seed so small and so inconspicuous, and what can be born from it by putting soul, heart and passion into it: THIS is pure magic. A product is appreciated all the more when you know where it comes from and what goes into it. You look at what's on your plate through different eyes, experiencing what you are eating in a whole new way.“

Daniel Niederkofler

„My laboratory is not only in the kitchen, but also where all life begins: out in nature, in the fields and meadows. Personal contact with producers, sustainable farming and production and the local/regional origin of products are very important to me.“

In 2019 the young chef was awarded 2 toques by Gault & Millau at the age of 26, impressing everyone who personally witnessed his culinary abilities

He has gained experience with his own organic farm (where he has bees, goats, calves, pigs, chickens, ducks and fish), and at home and abroad, working in top-rated starred restaurants in the UK, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Italy and New Zealand.
